Hello everyone: We have something truly great. Listen to Brian build harmonies for "Don't Talk (Put Your Head On My Shoulder)" - all eight tracks - one track at a time and let us know what you think: https://www.brianwilson.com/stack-o-tracks or click the link on the homepage.

That was astounding. It's still magical in my head. I remember one time, as a truly terrible singer, I couldn't resist singing along with a song on the radio that I loved, even with Brian in the car. All of a sudden, I sounded really good and for a second I thought, wow, I'm not that bad. A second later, I realized Brian was filling in and covering every terrible off-key mistake I made. I have no answer as to how he did it, but he has an ear and voice, along with an ability to somehow integrate it all into something beautiful that I will never understand, but will always love.

Further proof that Brian was at least half-right when he said "I'm not a genius. I'm just a hard-working guy." Thank You!

LOVE this!!!!! The one on the Pet Sounds box always sounded fuller. Maybe because we go from the one voice to the full eight. Of course this was to be the strings instead of voice. Someone combined them here:

Thank you for sharing that with us! It is amazing how he can put these "puzzle pieces" together in his mind. Truly God's gift. It also reminds me of a Wiki page ...https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acoustic_resonance Loved that! MORE PLEASE!!! m K
