Someone posted on FB that Brian fell on stage last night.

Has anyone heard about it and is Brian ok?

Apparently, he slipped during the introductions, but according to Probyn, he's fine.

Sounds like all is well and that he's fine now. From what Probyn said, sounds like his chair slipped during band intros but was helped out by Al and Darian at first, then Paul and Matt came over. Bob was ready to help too. Even crew member Nick Cruz had come out and was ready to help if needed. I love the love and support all the guys give him. But according to Paul and Probyn now, he's fine.

I watched a video on the Smiley Smile forum. It seems either Brian or his chair slipped while he was sitting down, but he was promptly helped by the good guys already named and he was at his seat in a matter of seconds. He went on to sing Good Vibrations as nothing had happened.
I always say it, and will say it again: Brian is a hero. The people talking of "beach privilege" and such nonsense most emphatically AREN'T.

I saw footage of this on Youtube. It did look as though Brian merely slipped rather than a really awkward fall, for which I'm sure we're all very grateful.

I agree - Brian is a hero! The length of this tour would be tiring for anyone and he has brought the show to so many different places. I've been so fortunate to see Brian so many times this year. I enjoyed the whole experience - the concerts, the fan meet ups, the friendliness of Brian's excellent band.

He seemed to have no further issues following the incident on the remainder of the tour. If you watch the Sweden show I posted the other day, you can see he does just fine and is in great form. He is walked on stage by Paul with the exception of band intros when Jerry Weiss will walk him on. And they hold his chair down until he's safely sat down. he's able to walk off stage on his own and is helped once he gets to the exit. I love how each and every member is there supporting him.
