Thanks for that Doug!  Brings it home even more - and how bright a guy that Probyn is. We find even more about Nick, and what he was like from one who was as close as close could be. Nick's attention to detail?  One HAS to be intelligent to play Brian Wilson music!!!!  It's not for the weak of musical spectrum.

Sasquatchery????

Without the Wondermints, there is no return of Brian Wilson to what it has been and where it is even now.  These guys were not only the rocks behind it all but the brains as well.

This is still such a tragic loss to this band.

You're very welcome, Al.  My thoughts were very similar.  His entire band has been SO crucial, musically and emotionally, but (as you've said) especially the Wondermints.

How are they 'substituting' for Nick on the new '68/Zombies tour? With TWO musicians - Randell Kirsch and Rob Bonfiglio (Carnie's husband);

Both are good musicians (obviously) - but it shows how great Nicky was!

(And isn't this "Friends" practice session awesome?!?)
